Within the ten connected buildings of Dihua Old Street, the new Japanese style contemporary theme takes the lead. The predominant color scheme is a deep vermilion red, blending traditional elements with a touch of modern fashion. The intertwining of old and new evokes a sense of nostalgia for bygone eras. The vegetarian cuisine, made entirely from plant-based ingredients, adds a trendy twist to tradition.

The use of rammed earth exudes a sense of grandeur and stability, creating a space that is both elegant and appetizing. White flower petals accentuate the black-charred cedar, weaving in the twenty-four solar terms. Twenty-four types of aromatic spices and grains compose a symphony of seasonal delicacies, reflecting the flavors of the current season.

迪化老街十連棟內,新日式當代為主軸,

赤丹紅渲染主色調,傳統中提煉出時尚,

新舊交替時代情懷,蔬食美饌全素料理,

夯土漫波大氣沈穩,空間美饌雙重饗宴。

白花瓣點綴黑燒杉,交織二十四節氣曆,
